Economic unrolling, cutting and rolling machine 

Our sales & engineering team developed the HM Easycut E1 in response to the market needs; a professional type couponing machine to make ready-to-sell & ready-to-use rolls of artificial grass and tufted carpet for the retail sector and professional usage for wholesalers. It is developed for the semi-automatic processing of artificial turf (grass carpet) for wholesalers or low production capacities.

CUTTING

- Cutting machine with roll-off cradle and optional inspection surface for making (artifical grass) coupons
- Semi-automatic processing of turf and vinyl for wholesalers or small(er) producers
- For rolls of 4.2m or 5.2m useful width, optionally with longitudinal cutting blade to split the roll 
- Only one operator needed; with better ergonomics for the operator
- Professional cross and length cutting system
        To cut carpet at length
        To cut carpet into stripes or cut the self-edges

ROLLING

The HM Easycut has a rolling module with pre-programmated recipes for compensating the carpet pile working and making compact rolls. A roll up is possible with or without the cardboard tube.The carpet is put automatically around the cardboard tube. The roll can be manually closed with a stretch film.

·         This unit can be equipped with several features to roll perfectly straight rolls (pile in- or outside)
