Green Tyre manufactures functional fitness floor tiles to the Fitness Industry.  

 

We are working continuously to optimising our range of rubber products in general, as well our Fitness tiles.

Our range of Fitness tiles consists of 6 different thicknesses.

Available thicknesses of the fitness tiles: 15 mm / 20 mm / 25 mm / 30 mm / 40 mm / 50 mm.

Design of the tiles:

-Our SP-15, 20, 25 tiles are fully coloured, one layer type.

-Our SP-30, 40, 50 tiles are two-layer type, with black bottom and coloured upper part.

 

We have normal design, made of SBR recycling rubber and special version with EPDM top or scattered EPDM surface.

 

Because of the compact construction our tiles are for intensive and professional use, for functional training areas, therefore for the CrossFit usage as well.

These tiles can even insulate sound better and they have noise absorbing capacity, too.

 

Our SP tiles have been certified for fire test.

The normal version has Efl classification and the EPDM version has Cfl.

 

Product-specific properties are:

Non-slip, anti-vibration, sound- and heat-insulation, flexible flooring for your Club and/or Home Gym, easy to install and easy to clean/maintain. Last but not least: Environmentally friendly product from 100% recycled material!
